According to our shipping policy, we don’t charge any cost from you on any cart value. As if you select the Cash On Delivery (COD) payment option, you will be charged Rs 45 for cash handling. However, if any customer uses any coupon code or store credit, then he/she will be charged Rs 50 as a shipping charge.

Sellers generally ship the product within the promising time that specified on the product’s page. After order placing, your product will be directly shipped from our courier partners such as Aramex, bluedart, dtdc, ecomexpress, FedEx, first flight, expressbees. It will take 1 to 3 days to be delivered if the location is in the metropolitan area.

• Cash on delivery charges are non-refundable.

• You have to self-ship the product from your end in case the pin code of your area is not serviced by our courier partners. We will pay the shipping charges to the customer after receiving the courier bill and will verify all the things.

• The product(s) can be returned only once for free shipping, if the customer returns the products the more than one time so in this case the shipping cost is being charged to the customer.

• Other than the above mention cases, if any customer wants to return the products in cases like when the customer didn’t like the product’s size, colour, etc. Then, the amount is only refundable in the form of store credit. The store credit will be added as the same price of the returned product which you can use for your next purchase. No amount will be credited to the bank account.

• If the price of the new product is more than original product price than the excess amount will be paid by you.

• If the price of the new product is less than the original product price then we will refund the remaining amount via store credit of that amount. You can use that credited amount for the next purchase.

Exchange products will not be cancelled.

The actual interest rates and the amount charged by the bank for your credit card EMI plan will be seen during the checkout after selecting the EMI payment method by the customer while placing the order.

EMI is available for all products on Makemyorders. However, the cart value of the order must be Rs 3999 or above to avail the EMI option. For provided order value, the eligible banks will be only displayed under the issuing bank list on the EMI payment page.

This is because, the issuing bank charges interest rates according to per EMI transaction. The interest rates are decided by the bank which you can see at the time of completing the transaction. There is no processing or convenience fees charged for EMI transaction.

Customer needs to pay full amount of transaction to the bank, since EMI facility is at sole discretion of the issuing bank, please contact your card issuing bank.
