We provide an easy return exchange and cancellation process on Makemyorders.com. If you have received any wrong or damaged product(s) and you want to exchange or refund any of those product(s), kindly contact us through email@example.com or call our customer care executives at 011-41058257 on 6 working days (Mon-Sat) 10:00AM-6:30PM.
Before returning, exchanging or cancelling any product(s), kindly consider the following points.
POINTS TO BE CONSIDERED IN THE RETURN PROCESS:
- Return requested will only be accepted within 7 days from the date of product delivery. Request after 7 days will not be accepted.
- The products will be returned only if the product is unused, unwashed and should be packed in the original packing with all the tags on their place, if the tags are being found missing then the products will not be returned.
- Customers can return products purchased from Makemyorders within the specified return/exchange period, except for our non-returnable products (damaged, used, washed or untagged).
1. Create a 'Return Request' on Makemyorders. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the 'Return’ button. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode.
2. We offer pick-up facility in selected locations as per our courier serviceability
3. If reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product to us and we will refund the courier charges to your bank account after receiving the courier bill and verifying all the subjects.
- We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse. At any time, you can track the status of your return request on our website.
- Cash on delivery charges are non-refundable
- Since we pay high prices to our courier partners for each packet so the refund would be made upon deduction of Courier charges (Rs 100) and nominal service charge and it will be deducted from your order amount.
- Courier and service charges will not be applicable in case a customer does the self shipment.
- Charges will only be applicable in case a customer wish to get a full refund.
- The refund payment of the product will be generated within 7 days after the receiving and verification of the product.
- The customer has to share his/her account details on firstname.lastname@example.org for refund process
- The refund will be processed to your Bank account only and will not be processed in Cash
- The product should be repacked in a safe condition for shipment.
- The products can only be returned only once for free shipping, if the customer returns the products second time, in that case, the courier is being charged to the customer.
- The product will be exchanged only twice in one case the shipping is free and one time it's chargeable, please note if a product is being exchanged two times, it cannot be exchanged again for the third time
NOTE: *NO PRODUCTS SHALL BE ACCEPTED IF THE WARRANTY CARD IS MISSING WHILE RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF THE PRODUCTS.
**Makemyorders PROVIDES 1 MONTH WARRANTY ON ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS; IF THE CUSTOMER WANTS TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN THE ELECTRONIC PRODUCT, THEY ARE REQUIRED TO SELF COURIER THE PRODUCT WITHIN 1 MONTH TO THE GIVEN ADDRESS.

IMPORTANT NOTE (Store Credit)
*In case, the customer didn’t like the product and wants to return due to its look or find fabric different than the mentioned one on the product page, Makemyorders will refund the amount in the form of Store Credit. The generated Store Credit will be of equal amount as of the returned product price.
- Store Credit can be used to purchase any other products at Makemyorders within a month.
- Store credit is valid till 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Once your store credit expires, you will be charged 20% to get it again in your wallet.

Request for the exchange process by providing the detail of the products (return and exchanged). Provide details of the product(s)’s size, colour, design, SKU or another product detail that you want in exchange of the present product.
FOLLOW THE STEPS FOR EXCHANGE PROCESS
- Kindly pack the product in the original packing form (with price tags, warranty card). We will arrange the reverse pick up.
- There will be no charge for the first attempt of replacement after that courier (Rs 100) and service charge will be applicable.
- The new product will be sent to the customer within 7 business days from the receiving date of exchanged product
- The payment of the product will be generated as per the exchanged product’s price
- If the price of the new product is more than original (returned) product’s price, the customer will have to pay the extra amount via online or through cash on delivery (If the payment is done through cash on delivery process, an extra Rs 45 will be levied on the total amount).
- If the price of the new product is less than the original product’s price, the remaining amount will be refunded via Store Credit of that amount. Only Store Credit will be provided to the customer and no cashback will be provided.
- Store Credit can be used to purchase any other products at Makemyorders within a month
- Store Credit cannot be transferred in Bank account
- The customers cannot cancel the Exchange Products
